• For this situation any customer who isn't happy with our services we can give a refund within 30 days from the date of installment. The refund will be made in the wake of deducting the service tax and the hourly charges for the work finished by us.
• No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server.
• On the off chance that you wish to drop your requests put at AnaxagorasR Software Private Limited, you could do as such inside 24 hrs of the requests set. The cancelation would not be done once the work has just been begun.
• Domain Name Registration Services: Once you buy your Domain Name, you are its proprietor and it can't be "crossed out" until duration of the domain term has terminated. Domain names are controlled worldwide by Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN ) association and we don't have any control over

 “AnaxagorasR Software Private Limited” takes every project (based on the service and / or product and) very seriously and ensure that the same is handled in a professional manner and the client gets the result as per our promise to him. However, if you are not happy with the outcome and have gone through the dispute resolution process, we do entertain refund requests as per the following schedule which clearly lists the services and our refund policy related with each service, thereof.
